Purchase Information

When you subscribe to Pro features, Apple processes all payments through the App Store. We receive confirmation of your subscription status but do NOT receive or store:

• Bank account information
• Apple Pay details

We DO receive:

• Subscription status (active/expired/cancelled)
• Subscription type (monthly/annual/lifetime)
• Original purchase date
• Expiration date (for recurring subscriptions)

This information is used solely to provide you with Pro features.

All weather data (tornado warnings, severe weather alerts, outlooks) is provided by:

• National Weather Service (NWS)
• Storm Prediction Center (SPC)
• NOAA

We do not create, modify, or guarantee the accuracy of this weather data.

Data Storage

• Location data is only used in real-time and is NOT stored on our servers
• Premium subscriber data is stored securely and used only for alert delivery
• The app may cache weather data temporarily on your device for performance
• You can request deletion of your account data at any time

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Twilio: For phone call and SMS alert delivery
• Resend: For email alert delivery
• RevenueCat: For subscription management
• Supabase: For secure data storage

These services have their own privacy policies and handle data according to their terms.
